DAMPAK KEPEMIMPINAN OTORITER, KECERDASAN KETIDAKPATUHAN, DAN TURN OVER INTENTION TERHADAP TURN OVER

This study aims to construct the assumption of influence between authoritarian leadership and employee disobedience intelligence turnover intention towards in several educational institutions around Bulak Kapal, East Bekasi. A sample 95 respondents was taken, data were processed analyzed using SEM method. The theoretical findings implications this indicate that there is a positive significant as well turnover. However, no evidence direct effect on intelligence. On other hand, noncompliance But, indirect not impacting through variable turnover.
